My husband and I have conflicted answers. He says, NO way. There are too many things that can happen to her if she were to get an account.
I am still wondering about it. There are ways to keep the FB profile only accessible to certain people.

Facebook has a policy of people under the age of 18 not being allowed to have accounts regardless of if their parent is modifying it.

I think Facebook policy is that you have to be 13 years old to have an account. You have to lie to create an account otherwise. I let my oldest daughter when she turned 13 - my 10 year old has to wait.
